At Body is Tea, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re happy to assist with your return.
14-Day Return Policy
You have 14days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Be in its original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be free from stains, odors, makeup, perfume, or damage
Returns that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted.
How to Start a Return

Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
Once your request has been approved, we’ll send you the return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was sent.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Body is Tea cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift Cards
- Final Sale items
